A comprehensive and practical training course is designed to equip delegates with advanced valuation and cashflow modeling skills:

  • Analyse the different cashflow valuation methods
  • Use advanced valuation methods to calculate a company's equity and debt and estimate is weighted average cost of capital
  • Understand discounted cashflow valuation techniques and modules
  • Value debt and equity using both multiple and DCF methods
  • Learn how to build dividends, depreciation, provisions, off balance sheet finance, intangible assets, JV/associates, minorities, tax losses/deferred tax, and stock options into a cashflow model
  • Understand how the calculation of capital and return is affected and the impact on modelling cashflows from a company.
  • The impact on equity and debt valuations and returns when the company is undergoing a restructuring
