Financial News is delighted to announce the 9th annual Awards for Excellence Trading & Technology, Europe 2011 to be held on Tuesday 4th October at Grand Connaught Rooms, London.

The awards aim to provide a forum at which the European financial services industry, from investment banks to fund managers, data providers to exchanges gather in London to be honoured by Financial News and industry peers for excellence in their technology operations.

The categories and shortlist are created by the Financial News trading and technology editorial team after intensive research and speaking with industry contacts. To decide the winners, we have assembled a distinguished panel of judges to vote on the nominated groups in each category. The panel will judge which of the many firms within European operations; have had the most success in their technology development and investment over the past year. The winners will be announced at the black tie dinner on Tuesday 4th October.
