Financial News is delighted to showcase its 5th Annual event celebrating this year’s FN100 Influential women list. The FN100 Most Influential Women in Finance, Europe 2011 dinner was held at the world famous Christie’s auction house in St James’, London on Tuesday 22nd November 2011. The dinner was kindly sponsored by our principal sponsors RBS and our co-sponsors Christie’s and Odgers Berndtson.

Financial News canvasses the market for opinion and nominations, drawing up a list of 250 women. All nominees have to be based in Europe and work in investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, wealth management, exchanges, trading or support services to these sectors.

Candidates are then marked for influence over their area, leadership within the sector, performance over the past year, and their capacity to shape their business and/or industry over the years to come. The list is then whittled down to 100. Congratulations to this year’s most influential women.
